Return and Refund Policy

1. Course Fees

All course fees are non-refundable once paid unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please review the course details carefully before making a payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

• The course is canceled by DesiznTech Edu before its start date.
• A duplicate payment is made due to a technical error.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@desizntech.edu with your payment receipt and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days upon approval.

4. No Refunds for Partially Attended Courses

Refunds will not be provided for students who withdraw from a course after attending any portion of it.

5. Changes to Courses

DesiznTech Edu reserves the right to modify or reschedule courses. In such cases, students may opt for the rescheduled course or request a refund if unable to attend the revised schedule.

6. Digital Products and Materials

Refunds are not applicable for digital products or course materials provided during the course, except in cases of duplicate payments.
